Olivier Aubé
Trained in screenwriting and cinema at UQÀM, Olivier Aubé creates worlds that blend emotion, nostalgia, and humor. His style has been shaped over many years of collaborations on the Quebec comedy scene, as well as by his background as a theatrical improviser, two influences that have profoundly marked his creative imagination.
At just 19 years old, his first short film “Mes Démons” (2019) was selected for Rendez-vous Québec Cinéma as well as the Fantasia International Film Festival.
Since then, Olivier has established himself in the advertising industry with work for clients such as: Desjardins, Banque Nationale, Ford, Square, and Rézin.
In 2026, he revisits the early days of the Internet with “Before I was forgotten”, a series produced by Haus MTL and Aléas Films for TV5 Unis, which is part of the official selection at the CANNESERIES and CINEMANIA festivals.
He is currently developing his next series, Birdie.
